Welcome to Go2Lofoten! We look forward to taking you on an unforgettable experience among sea eagles, majestic fjords, and the wild nature of Lofoten. Before joining one of our tours, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Booking and Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us by email.

When making a booking, you are financially responsible for the tour and for any participants you book on behalf of.

Please ensure that all details in your confirmation are correct. If anything is incorrect, notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Therefore, we offer the following cancellation terms:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure with a full refund.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
  • If Go2Lofoten cancels a tour (for example due to weather conditions), you will receive a full refund.

Changes and Weather Conditions

Lofoten offers raw and ever-changing natural conditions, and we adapt our tours accordingly.

We may adjust the route or program to ensure a safe and optimal experience.

If a tour is cancelled for safety reasons, we will always attempt to offer an alternative solution or provide a full refund.

We will contact you by phone or email if changes occur, so please check your inbox before departure.

Safety and Liability

Go2Lofoten carries liability insurance, but we strongly recommend that you also have valid travel insurance.

Participation in our tours is at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing whether you are physically and mentally fit for the tour.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings such as cameras, mobile phones, or clothing. Please take care of your personal items.

We are not liable for unforeseen events such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Your Responsibilities as a Participant

To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to:

  • Follow instructions from our guides and captains.
  • Respect nature, wildlife, and fellow participants.
  • Not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

If a participant behaves in a way that creates a safety risk or negatively impacts the experience for others, we reserve the right to deny further participation without refund.

Feedback and Questions

We are always looking to improve. If you have feedback regarding your experience, please contact us by email within 3 days after the tour.

Legal Information

Any disputes between you and Go2Lofoten shall be governed by Norwegian law and handled by the court where our company is registered.
